HOW WE WORK AT THINK SMART KITCHENS
1. SHARE YOUR SPACE
Start by sending us pictures and videos of your existing kitchen along with accurate measurements via Whatsapp on 07518619537 along with all of the appliances you’d like to keep and which new ones you want to include will help us in your new design.
2. YOUR PREFERENCES & CHECKLIST
To help us design your perfect kitchen,
we’ll guide you through a few key choices:
- Kitchen style and colour
• Worktop options (quartz, solid wood, or laminate)
• Cooker and oven preferences (range or built-in)
• Hob type (induction or gas)
• Extraction style (canopy, downdraft, or chimney)
• Dishwasher (freestanding or integrated, full size or slimline)
• Fridge-freezer (freestanding or integrated, with layout options)
• Sink and tap finishes (stainless steel or quartz)
3. BRINGING YOUR VISION TO LIFE
Using your ideas and measurements, we design a detailed floor plan and 3D CAD visual to bring your vision to life. Each design is checked by our senior kitchen designer who brings over 35 years of industry experience. Once you’re happy with the concept, we’ll provide a personalised quotation based on the design.
4. CONSULTATION & FINAL CHOICES
Need to make a few changes? No problem- we’ll update your design and revise your quotation to match. Once you’re happy with the layout and pricing, we’ll arrange a video consultation to go through the final details. During this session, we’ll guide you through door styles, colours, and worktop options so you can confidently finalise your choices.
5. DEPOSIT
To move forward, a £150 deposit is taken. This allows us to prepare your fully itemised contract, component list, and floor plan, along with your kitchen payment terms.
6.CONTRACT, PAYMENT & MANUFACTURE
Upon confirmation of receiving your £150 deposit, we’ll issue your full contract for review. This includes a comprehensive component list, floor plan, and all payment terms. Any changes/ final adjustments must be made prior to payment. After payment, your kitchen is then manufactured to your exact specifications.
7. DELIVERY OR COLLECTION
You’ll be notified of your delivery or collection date based on the factory schedule. Lead times vary depending on the kitchen range and style, with most orders ready between 10 days and 4 weeks.
8. ADDITIONAL INFO
All floor plans will be itemised alongside the components. This is for the drivers and your installers- to make this complicated process made simpler.
9. INSTALLATION SUPPORT (OPTIONAL)
If you’re installing the kitchen yourself, we will provide a detailed cutting list for trims, plinths, and worktops. This will help minimise wastage and reduce mistakes onsite. We can also supply electrical, water, and waste plans if required.
10. ENJOY YOUR NEW KITCHEN
Many of our customers love to share their finished kitchens with us- and we’re always excited to see the results!

We supply more robust cabinets and extremely high-quality doors as standard- our kitchens speak for themselves. By comparison we are better quality, but priced more efficiently.
Do I need to visit our showroom?
No- everything can be done remotely.
You can plan, design, and order your kitchen from home with our full support.
What if I’m not sure about measurements?
We’ll help you get it right. We guide you through what we need and double-check everything before ordering to avoid mistakes.
How long does delivery take?

What if something arrives damaged?

Can you help during installation?
Yes- we’re always on hand.
If you have questions while fitting your kitchen (measurements, spacing, adjustments), just message us and we’ll guide you- if you need a video call we can arrange this as well.
Can I install the kitchen myself?
Yes! Many of our customers choose to install their kitchens themselves or use their own fitter- but we recommend to get professionals for the more difficult tasks.
